However, last-minute cancellations impact our schedule and other clients waiting for availability. • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Your deposit may be transferred to a future appointment one time only. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment: Your 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable. • No-shows or same-day cancellations: The 50% deposit is forfeited, and future bookings may require full prepayment to schedule. This policy is standard within the beauty industry and helps protect time that is reserved exclusively for you 🤍 ⸻ Late Arrival Policy 🤩 We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled due to back-to-back bookings. • Notifying us that you are running late is always appreciated, but it does not guarantee that all services — or the appointment itself — can still be completed. • If we are unable to accommodate your appointment due to lateness, it may be considered a late cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited.
